It’s been an exciting journey that has grown into a strong working relationship with the Cann I Help team. When Cann I Help approached us, their goal was to simplify several key processes, including document automation, SMS communication, online forms, and e-signatures.
In a heavily regulated industry like medical cannabis, efficient systems are crucial to ensure compliance while maintaining smooth operations. Cann I Help needed systems that would reduce manual input, improve communication, and enhance their practice’s overall efficiency. We recommended a variety of platforms, and an enhanced Airtable setup, to build a solution that suited their needs.
Over the years, we’ve also developed some cutting-edge custom systems for Cann I Help, focusing on practical tools that truly make a difference. One standout project was the creation of an SMS bot designed to automate patient communication, making appointment reminders and follow-ups easier to manage.
This system has helped reduce the manual workload on their team while improving response times and patient engagement. We also integrated these systems with their practice management software, ensuring a seamless flow of information between the systems.
Another key piece of work was the development of a patient payment form, designed to streamline the billing process for both the practice and patients. By creating an online, easy-to-use payment gateway, we were able to reduce the administrative burden on the practice and improve the experience for patients, who could make payments quickly and securely.
